    我國電站鍋爐用管的現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展對(duì)策

    Current Situation of and Proposed Countermeasures for Domestic Production of Boiler Tubes for Power Generation Service

    • 摘要: 近年來我國火力發(fā)電高速發(fā)展,電站鍋爐用管需求急增。分析了我國電站鍋爐用管的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀;指出電站鍋爐用管不能完全滿足國內(nèi)電力行業(yè)需求的主要原因是生產(chǎn)總量不夠,品種規(guī)格不齊,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定和新材料研發(fā)能力不強(qiáng)等;提出了發(fā)展我國電站鍋爐用管的思路。

       

      Abstract: Owing to the fast development of the domestic thermal power generation industry,the demand for power generation boiler tubes is dramatically growing.Based on analysis of current production situation of current domestic production situation of power-generation-service boiler tubes,it is concluded that the failure to fully satisfy the said demand mainly is attributed to elements concerning power-generation-service boiler tube production such as deficient total capacity,incomplete product lines,inconsistent product quality as well as weak R & D force for new materials.Proposals relating to development of domestic power-generation-service boiler tube production are put forward.
