摘要: 采用計算機(jī)仿真技術(shù)對鋼管中式模空拔過程進(jìn)行了各種工藝參數(shù)下的 72次模擬,得到了各種主要參量的數(shù)學(xué)模型,研究了應(yīng)力、變形分布特點,分析了各種因素的影響規(guī)律。Abstract: With FE-simulation technique,as many as 72 simulation tests on steel tube free sinking process with arc die are conducted under the conditions of a number of technological parameters,resulting in a math model of various critical variables.In addition,the stress and strain in the deforming zone are analyzed,and how the major elements act are discussed.
