計算機物資管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)研究

Research ＆ Development of Computerized Materials Management System

摘要: 新余新鋼特殊鋼有限責任公司的物資管理系統(tǒng)具有庫房多,物資品種規(guī)格多,同一物資價格不盡相同的特點,采用傳統(tǒng)的手工方式管理,工作量太大。在保證生產要求、物資質量的前提下,為達到物流合理,降低采購成本和庫存的目的,開發(fā)了計算機物資管理系統(tǒng)。介紹了所開發(fā)的計算機物資管理系統(tǒng)的組成、設計及研究過程。運行結果表明,該系統(tǒng)操作方便實用,達到了預期目的。

Abstract: The materials management of Xinyu Xingang Specialty Steel Co. Ltd. features big number of warehouses, great variety of materials and price variation of a single kind of material. Therefore owing to so a great deal of work, the conventional manually-operated system would not be applicable for the said management and would fail to provide proper distribution & logistics and reduce purchase and stocking costs under the precondition of satisfying the requirements for the production and materials quality. To meet the said purpose, a computerized materials management system has been developed of which the configuration, design and research etc. are described here in the paper. Actual operation of the system has shown that it is easy to operate and very applicable for the said management, having met relevant expectations.
