    高頻直縫焊網(wǎng)孔管的試制

    Pilot Manufacture of HF Straight Welded Mesh Pipe

    • 摘要: 介紹了佛山市萬乘實(shí)業(yè)有限公司利用高頻焊管機(jī)組試制摩托車消聲器用網(wǎng)孔管的過程;試制采取小張力和輕壓力的成型調(diào)整原則,尤其是對成型、焊接和整形段軋輥輥縫采取偏大控制;并針對網(wǎng)孔管盛不住水的特點(diǎn),改進(jìn)了阻抗器的冷卻方式。經(jīng)檢測,所試制的網(wǎng)孔管符合技術(shù)要求。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the article is the pilot manufacture of the mesh pipe to be used for the motorcycle noise silencer by Foshan Wansheng Industrial Co.,Ltd.with the HF welded pipe production line.Following the principle of small stretch-slight pressure forming adjustment,over margin controls are adapted for relevant areas,particularly the forming,welding and sizing-section roll gaps.In addition,addressing the mesh pipe's feature of holding no water,the cooling type for the impedance converter is improved.Relevant testing results show that trial-made mesh pipe is in conformity with applicable technical criteria.
