    國外無縫鋼管生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀

    Current Situation of Seamless Steel Tube Production at abroad

    • 摘要: 介紹了近年來國外無縫鋼管機組的建設(shè)情況,以及經(jīng)過并購整合后形成的10大鋼管集團的基本情況。分析了國外無縫鋼管技術(shù)裝備發(fā)展的特點:國外各大鋼管生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的新專利、新產(chǎn)品不斷涌現(xiàn),但在無縫鋼管生產(chǎn)的節(jié)能降耗方面技術(shù)進步不明顯,連鑄坯熱送熱裝技術(shù)未有突破。

       

      Abstract: Presented here in the article are the information concerning the construction of seamless steel tube mills as set up recently at abroad,and a general introduction of the world top ten steel tube groups as resulting from relevant mergers and acquisitions and consolidations.The general trend feature of the development of technological equipment for seamless steel tube manufacture in relevant developed countries is analyzed,and identified,i.e.,new patents and products are constantly emerging,whereas no major progress in energy-saving technology for seamless steel tube production is made,and so is any breakout of the technology for hot-conveyance and charge of CC billets.
