    二輥斜軋穿孔機(jī)軋輥錐角的改進(jìn)

    MODIFICATION OF ROLL TAPER OF TWO-HIGH ROTARY PIERCER

    • 摘要: 介紹了用改進(jìn)穿孔機(jī)軋輥錐角解決毛管產(chǎn)生螺旋性壁厚不均的方法,給出了確定軋輥錐角的計(jì)算公式。生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐證明,改進(jìn)軋輥錐角使穿孔螺旋性壁厚不均明顯改善,效果較好。

       

      Abstract: The article describes a solution to eliminate spiral W.T. uneveness of the shell from the rotary piercer by means of modifying the roll taper and presents the calculating formula for the roll taper.Relevant operation has proven that proper modification of the roll taper contributes to a satisfactory reduction of the pierced shell spiral W.T.uneveness.
