    管坯鋼增碳現(xiàn)象的研究

    Study Concerning Carbon Pickup of Steel for Tube-rolling

    • 摘要: 碳含量的高低對(duì)無(wú)縫鋼管的質(zhì)量影響較大。通過(guò)對(duì)煉鋼、開坯和軋管全過(guò)程的分析和研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)管坯鋼增碳主要是保護(hù)渣引起的鋼錠頭部增碳造成的,并找到了解決增碳問(wèn)題的有效方法,為生產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)無(wú)縫鋼管提供了可靠的保證。

       

      Abstract: Carbon content is closely related with quality of the seamless steel tube. Overall analysis and research of the entire production course from steel-making to blooming to pipe-rolling were performed, based on which it was identified that the bloom carbon pickup was mainly caused by carbon pickup in the ingot head due to the protection slag, and thus effective solution was developed so as to ensure production of quality seamless steel tubes.
