    減少高壓鍋爐管渦流探傷誤判的幾個(gè)方法

    Several Methods for Reducing Error Rate in Eddy-current Detection of Hi-pressure Boiler Pipe

    • 摘要: 無損檢測(cè)是高壓鍋爐管生產(chǎn)中的重要環(huán)節(jié)。介紹了渦流探傷檢測(cè)技術(shù)在高壓鍋爐管生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用情況;分析了探傷設(shè)備同心度、對(duì)比試樣質(zhì)量和檢測(cè)線圈性能等因素對(duì)造成高壓鍋爐管渦流探傷誤判的影響;提出了減少誤判的方法。

       

      Abstract: The NDT inspection is regarded as a critical part of manufacture of hi-pressure boiler pipes.Elaborated in the article is the application of the eddy-current detection technique to the said manufacturing process.Analyzed are the elements responsible for erroneous flaw evaluation during the eddy-current detection operation,including the concentricity of the NDT equipment,quality of the reference specimens and the performance of the detecting coil,etc.Accordingly,some methods for reducing the error rate are proposed.
