摘要: 介紹了14機(jī)架鋼管集中差速傳動(dòng)式微張力減徑機(jī)的主要工藝參數(shù),重點(diǎn)介紹了設(shè)計(jì)微張力減徑機(jī)主傳動(dòng)裝置的關(guān)鍵要素——速度曲線、主傳動(dòng)速比、疊加速比的計(jì)算和匹配,同時(shí)對(duì)主傳動(dòng)裝置的箱體剛度、潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)、齒輪強(qiáng)度等設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了描述。通過計(jì)算及實(shí)踐證明:設(shè)計(jì)的微張力減徑機(jī)主傳動(dòng)裝置滿足工藝需求的速度制度,并已收到良好的運(yùn)行效果,以期為新上或改造項(xiàng)目提供參考。Abstract: Described in the essay are the main technological parameters of the 14-stand slight-stretch reducing mill driven by a centralized differential transmission system,and focused on are the critical design elements of the drive system such as velocity curve,main drive gear ratio,and calculation and mating of the superposition ratio,etc.Also elaborated are the design tips of other elements concerning the main drive system,including rigidity of the gear box,the lubrication system,the gear strength and so on.The results from relevant calculations and operation practice show that the main drive system of the slight-stretch reducing mill as designed is capable of meeting the velocity scheme as required by the manufacturing process,having resulted in satisfactory operation effectiveness,and being worth using as reference for future newly-built mills,and mill upgrades as well.
