    Comparison of Russia-used Standards for Gas/Oil Transportation Welded Pipes with Corresponding Standards as Currently Used in China

    • 摘要: 對(duì)比俄羅斯常用油氣輸送用焊管標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GOST R 52079—2003,CTT-08.00-60.30.00-KTN-013-1-05,ТУ14-156-82-2009與國(guó)內(nèi)工廠現(xiàn)行常用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)API Spec 5L,CDP-S-NGP-PL-006-2011-2,CDP-S-COP-PL-007-2011-2的差異。結(jié)果表明:俄羅斯油氣輸送用焊管標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與國(guó)內(nèi)工廠現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在理化性能和生產(chǎn)檢驗(yàn)等方面差異較大。俄羅斯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)試樣力學(xué)性能要求較高,強(qiáng)調(diào)較低的屈強(qiáng)比和較高的伸長(zhǎng)率以及管材屈服變形后的塑性變形能力;在生產(chǎn)檢驗(yàn)時(shí),檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目繁多。

       

      Abstract: Compared here in the article are the Russia-used standards for gas/oil transportation welded pipes,i.e.,Specifications GOST R 52079-2003,CTT-08.00-60.30.00-KTN-013-1-05 and ТУ14-156-82-2009 with the corresponding standards as currently and commonly used in China to identify the differences.As a result,it is identified that there are obvious differences between the Russia-used standards and the China-used ones in such aspects as physiochemical properties and production inspections.Under the Russia-used standards,stricter mechanical property requirements for the specimens are specified,emphasizing rather low yield ratio,and rather high elongation as well as the plastic deformation ability of the pipe after yield deformation.Besides,more production inspection items are also specified under the standards.
