超深復(fù)雜井用超高強(qiáng)度石油套管TP140V的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)及應(yīng)用

Design,Development and Application of TP140V Extra-high Strength Oil Casing for Extra-deep Complex Well Service

摘要: 在深入了解和分析超深復(fù)雜井中套管的服役工況和受力特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合典型的套管失效案例分析,設(shè)計(jì)了超深復(fù)雜井用套管TP140V的各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)。結(jié)合實(shí)際裝備情況設(shè)計(jì)了專用鋼種,并制定了生產(chǎn)工藝和主要工藝措施。生產(chǎn)的套管各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)完全滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,在國(guó)內(nèi)某油田超深復(fù)雜井中試用成功后,已在國(guó)內(nèi)外各大油田推廣使用。

Abstract: The property target values of the TP140V oil casing for extra-deep complex well service are designed on the basis of in-deep investigation and analysis of the service conditions and loading characteristics of the casing in the extra-deep complex well,and analysis of the typical failure cases of the casing.Taking the actual circumstances of relevant equipment,the specialty steel type is also designed,and associated manufacture process and the key technological measures are determined.All the property target values of the casing produced as per the designs are in full conformity to the specified design requirements.After successfully trial-used in the extra-deep complex well in the oil field,the said casing has been spread,and used in the major oil fields of the country.
