雙排輥冷軋管機的研究

摘要: 介紹了雙排輥冷軋管機的工作原理和主要特點。進行了冷軋鋼管實驗。多次現(xiàn)場實驗表明,采用所研究的雙排輥冷軋管機能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)大減徑量和大減壁量軋制,并可軋制薄壁鋼管,已軋制的成品鋼管規(guī)格有Φ25mm×2.5mm和Φ19mm×0.9mm,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量符合國家標準。該軋機的研制成功可為我國現(xiàn)有冷軋管機的改造提供一條有效途徑。Abstract: Introduced here are the working theory and major features of the two-roll-row cold-rolling tube mill. Experimental operations of the said mill were conducted. The results show that the said mill is capable of producing tubes by means of tremendous diameter reduction and W.T. reduction, and making light-walled tubes as well. Final products with sizes as Φ25mm×2. 5mm and Φ19mm×0. 9mm have been rolled, being up to the applicable national standards. The successful development of the said tube mill provides as an effective approach to upgrading existing domestic cold-rolling tube mills.
