    GH131合金二輥斜軋穿孔工藝研究

    A STUDY ON A TWO ROLL CROSS PIERCING PROCESS FOR GH131 ALLOY

    • 摘要: 研究了二輥斜軋穿孔工藝因素對GH131合金毛管質(zhì)量及穿孔作用力的影響。指出軋輥轉(zhuǎn)速是影響毛管質(zhì)量的主要因素,軋輥轉(zhuǎn)速低,管坯易出現(xiàn)孔腔,轉(zhuǎn)速較高時毛管易出現(xiàn)分層。若將軋輥轉(zhuǎn)速降到出現(xiàn)分層的臨界轉(zhuǎn)速以下,增大前進角,選擇合理的加熱溫度和變形量,則可以完全消除GH131合金的孔腔和分層缺陷。

       

      Abstract: The influences of the factors of a two roll cross piercing process on quality of GH131 alloy shells and on piercing forces are studied and the main factor effecting shell quality is found to be roll speed.Holes would appear in shells with lower speed and laminations would appear with higher the speed but these holes and laminations in shells of GH131 alloy can be completely eliminated if the roll speed is reduced to the level below the critical speed causing the above defects with larger advancing angle and rational heating temperature and deformation.
