有限元模擬法分析斜軋擴管機變形特點
FEM Analysis of Deformation Characteristics of Rotary Expanding Pipe Mill

摘要: 以Φ720mm斜軋擴管機為研究對象,應用三維有限元模擬仿真技術(shù),對斜軋擴管過程進行了建模與仿真分析,獲得了鋼管的變形數(shù)據(jù),在此基礎上計算了斜軋擴管的主變形和附加變形,從變形的角度說明了輾軋角β和軋輥在垂直方向的調(diào)整距離h取值及相應工具設計的合理性。研究結(jié)果有助于了解斜軋擴管的工藝實質(zhì),提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。Abstract: Addressing the Ф720mm rotary expanding pipe mill, relevant math model is set up, and the simulation analysis is conducted with the 3-D finite element simulation technology, by which the steel pipe deformation data are obtained. Based on the result of the said research activities, the main deformation and the additional deformation of the pipe rotary expanding process are calculated, and accordingly, the rationalities for determination of the values of toe angle β and the adjustable distance of vertical movement of the rolls h as well as the corresponding tool design are discussed from the perspective of deformation. The analysis results will be helpful to further identifying the technological nature of the pipe rotary expanding process so as to further improve the product quality.
