    Understanding of Intermediate Frequency Hot Expanding Process for Seamless Steel Tube

    • 摘要: 介紹了無縫鋼管中頻熱擴(kuò)工藝及其特點(diǎn);詳述了中頻熱擴(kuò)工藝的質(zhì)量控制,通過選用無缺陷的坯料、復(fù)驗(yàn)合格的原管、嚴(yán)格的工藝要求和完善的檢測(cè)手段完全可以保證中頻熱擴(kuò)鋼管的制造精度、整體質(zhì)量和可靠性。分析認(rèn)為:中頻熱擴(kuò)過程中的雙向受壓、單向受拉的受力狀態(tài),以及熱擴(kuò)過程中通過智能溫度控制系統(tǒng)保持相對(duì)較低的加熱溫度和推進(jìn)速度,可以有效地降低熱擴(kuò)過程中產(chǎn)生缺陷或使缺陷擴(kuò)展的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。建議用發(fā)展的眼光重新認(rèn)識(shí)中頻熱擴(kuò)工藝的加熱方式、加熱溫度、受力狀態(tài)和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。

       

      Abstract: Introduced in the paper is the intermediate frequency(IF)hot expanding process and its characteristics.Elaborated is the quality control of the IF hot expanding process.By selecting flawless billets, requalifying mother tubes, specifying strict process requirements and adopting thorough testing methods, it is possible to guarantee the dimension accuracy, the overall quality and the reliability of the IF hot-expanded steel tubes.The analysis indicates that the risk of producing or spreading defects during the hot expanding process can be efficiently lowered by experiencing a load condition of bidirectional-compression-unidirectional-tension during the IF hot expanding process, and by maintaining a relatively low heating temperature and a relatively low pushing speed using an intelligent temperature control system during the hot expanding process.It is necessary to reacquaint the heating mode, the heating temperature, the load condition and the product quality of the IF hot expanding process from a developmental perspective.
