    油井管螺紋“鋼-塑”彈性保護(hù)環(huán)的研制

    DEVELOPMENT OF STEEL-PLASTIC ELASTIC THREAD PROTECTIVE RING FOR OIL-FIELD PIPE

    • 摘要: 本文介紹的寶鋼無縫鋼管廠研制的“鋼-塑”彈性保妒環(huán)與原來采用的鋼質(zhì)保護(hù)環(huán)相比較,具有結(jié)構(gòu)合理、質(zhì)量可靠、制作簡(jiǎn)便、價(jià)格便宜等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。通過冷凍、烘烤、滑脫試驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明,“鋼-塑”彈性保護(hù)環(huán)的上述性能完全達(dá)到美國(guó)API標(biāo)準(zhǔn),文章對(duì)在我國(guó)建設(shè)專業(yè)保護(hù)環(huán)生產(chǎn)廠及進(jìn)一步開發(fā)更新型的保護(hù)環(huán)等提出了很好的建議。

       

      Abstract: Compared with the conventional steel protective ring,the Steel-Plastic Elastic Thread Protectiver ing developed by Baoshan Seamless Steel Tube Plant posseses such advantages as rational structure,reliable quality,simple manufacturing process and reasonable price.The results from tests such as freezing,baking and slipping show that the said protective ring is quite up to relevant API specification.In addition,valuable suggestions concerning establishment of specialized protective ring manufacturer in China and development of new type protectors etc.are put forward by the author.
