摘要: 針對國內(nèi)現(xiàn)有矯直機(jī)在生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的諸多問題,新設(shè)計出Φ168mm高強(qiáng)度矯直機(jī),在矯直機(jī)的防水、防塵及設(shè)備穩(wěn)定性方面進(jìn)行了專門設(shè)計。經(jīng)過數(shù)臺該型號矯直機(jī)的制造和現(xiàn)場使用證明,新設(shè)計的Φ168mm矯直機(jī)所采用的基本設(shè)計方案是可行的,管材矯直質(zhì)量明顯提高。Abstract: Addressing so many current problems concerning domestic manufacture of straighteners, a new type hi-strength Ф168 mm straightener is developed with special design consideration of such key issues as water and dust protection and operation consistency of the equipment. The experience of making and operation of a number of the said straighteners shows that the design concept of the straighter is feasible and the quality of tube straightening is considerably improved.
