摘要: 中海石油金洲管道有限公司繼2006年首次研發(fā)出X65鋼級(jí)海底輸送用HFW鋼管后,于2009年又成功研發(fā)出X70鋼級(jí)HFW海底管線鋼管。介紹了X70鋼級(jí)HFW海底管線鋼管的研制和開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程。研究結(jié)果表明,研發(fā)的X70鋼級(jí)海底管線鋼管滿足DNV-OS-F101-2007海底管線技術(shù)規(guī)范和GB/T9711.3-1999標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(C級(jí)鋼管)的要求,達(dá)到了預(yù)期效果。Abstract: Following its first successful development of the HFW submarine linepipe in 2006, CNOOC Kingland Pipeline Co., Ltd.in 2009, succeeded in developing the X70 HFW steel pipe.Described in the paper are the R&D of the X70 HFW submarine linepipe by the company.The R&D result shows that the said X70 linepipe has been in compliance with relevant requirements as specified in Specifications DNV-OS-F101-2007 and GB/T9711.3-1999 (Grand C Steel Tube), having met the targets of the R&D project.
