    火花源直讀光譜分析法在無縫鋼管檢測中的應用

    Application of Spark Discharge Atomic Emission Spectrometry to Seamless Steel Pipe Detection

    • 摘要: 探討了影響火花源直讀光譜分析法測定無縫鋼管成分準確度的主要因素,通過分別采用不同物理狀態(tài)的樣管,以及對樣管采用不同測量位置進行的分析,證明:該分析方法測定無縫鋼管成分時,影響準確性的主要因素是鋼管成分的不均勻性。保證測定準確性的試樣最佳測定位置與鋼管壁厚有關,壁厚大于儀器激發(fā)孔直徑的鋼管選擇鋼管管端位置分析;壁厚小于儀器激發(fā)孔直徑的鋼管,選擇從外壁到內壁方向的1/2~3/4位置分析;超薄試樣應在試樣上壓一塊鋼樣以便傳熱。

       

      Abstract: Discussed in the paper are the major factors which may affect the accuracy of seamless steel pipe detection with the spark discharge atomic emission spectrometry.Reference pipes with variable physical conditions are analyzed with different measurement positions.As a result,it is identified that when using the above mentioned spectrometric detection method to test chemical composition of the seamless steel pipe,the capital factor affecting the measurement accuracy is the heterogeneity of the pipe’s composition.The optimum measurement position to ensure measurement accuracy of the pipe is related to the pipe’s wall thickness.In case of pipe with thickness more than the agitating hole caliber of the meter,the pipe end is used as the position for the analysis,while for pipe with thickness less than the hole caliber,a position as 1/2~3/4 of the pipe thickness measured from the outer surface towards the inner surface is used as the position for the analysis.And when an extra-thin specimen is used,a piece of steel specimen has to be put upon it for easy heat conduction.
