基于MCGS的鋼管水壓試驗水壓采集、顯示及曲線形成系統(tǒng)

摘要: 概述了鋼管水壓試驗水壓采集、顯示及曲線形成系統(tǒng)的水壓信號采集的硬件實現(xiàn)方法，詳細(xì)介紹了基于MCGS組態(tài)軟件的水壓信號處理方法，水壓實時曲線和歷史曲線的實現(xiàn)方法及壓水試管數(shù)據(jù)的存儲實現(xiàn)方法，以及對實現(xiàn)各功能的腳本支持程序。實際應(yīng)用表明：該系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)方法可靠，效果良好，有一定推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Abstract: Briefed here in the paper is the hardware-based method for realizing acquisition of hydro-pressure signals as adopted by the hydro-pressure acquisition/display/curve-formation system of the steel pipe hydrostatic testing machine.Also detailed are the main aspects concerning the said system such as the MCGS configuration software-based method for hydro-pressure signal processing, the method for realizing both real-time and history hydro-pressure curves, the method for data storage of pipes as tested, and the scripting support programs for various functions.The actual operation result shows that the realizing methods used by the system are reliable, and well effective, being worth spreading.
