    STRESS DISTRIBUTION CALCULATIONS OF THE DEFORMATION ZONE IN TUBE ROLLING WITH CYLINDRICAL MANDRELS

    • 摘要: 在用變分法求解出圓柱芯棒軋管時(shí)變形區(qū)內(nèi)金屬的三維位移和應(yīng)變函數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步采用塑性流動(dòng)理論求解軋管變形區(qū)內(nèi)的應(yīng)力,并對(duì)計(jì)算公式進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。為研究軋管生產(chǎn)中一系列具體工藝問題提供了一種方法。

       

      Abstract: Based on the three-dimentional displacement and strain functions for metals of the deformation zone in tube rolling with cylindrical mandrels, which are solved using variational methods, the stress in the deformation zone is calculated by the plastic flow theory of metals, and the calculating formulas are proved by experiments, which offers a method for solving process problems in tube rolling.
