摘要: 介紹了我國從國外引進(jìn)管螺紋加工機(jī)床的發(fā)展歷史及現(xiàn)狀。分析了國外典型管螺紋加工機(jī)床的技術(shù)性能特點(diǎn)及其發(fā)展趨勢,評價(jià)了國內(nèi)管螺紋加工機(jī)床制造廠在研發(fā)方面取得的成果、設(shè)計(jì)制造水平及與國外的技術(shù)差距,提出了國產(chǎn)管螺紋加工機(jī)床在消化吸收國外先進(jìn)技術(shù)方面的主要目標(biāo)。Abstract: Described are the development history and current situation of manufacture of the OCTG threading machine which were originally imported from abroad. Analyzed are the technological performance characteristics and development trend of typical tube threaders overseas. Evaluated are the R ＆ D achievements as made by and the design and manufacture levels of domestic tube threader-makers. Also discussed is the technological gap between such makers and their foreign counterparts. Finally proposed are the main objectives in using foreign advanced technologies by domestic tube threader-manufacturers.
