高溫合金毛管分層缺陷形成的過(guò)程

摘要: 高溫合金毛管分層缺陷有外分層和內(nèi)分層兩種。本文結(jié)合工業(yè)性試生產(chǎn),對(duì)毛管分層缺陷的形成過(guò)程進(jìn)行了觀察和分析。在充分認(rèn)識(shí)分層缺陷形成機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了消除高溫合金穿孔毛管分層缺陷的工藝原則。Abstract: The lamination defects on the shell of superalloy are derided into two kinds:internal and external. The lamination formation was observed and analysed based on industrial trial-production and the process principles for eliminating lamination was proposed with the understanding of the lamination mechanism.
