    Application and Development of Cross-rolling Process for Seamless Steel Tubes

    • 摘要: 對(duì)比熱軋無(wú)縫鋼管縱軋與斜軋工藝的變形原理和生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐,并分析斜軋工藝優(yōu)勢(shì);研究斜軋孔型空間幾何學(xué)、斜軋的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變、斜軋運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)及軋制力計(jì)算法等理論要點(diǎn);介紹斜軋管機(jī)的類(lèi)型和特點(diǎn);針對(duì)目前斜軋生產(chǎn)工藝存在的問(wèn)題,提出改進(jìn)方法及發(fā)展方向,并涉及一種新型斜軋管機(jī)。分析認(rèn)為:通過(guò)斜軋工藝優(yōu)化和斜軋管設(shè)備改良,能大幅緩解現(xiàn)有熱軋斜軋管機(jī)存在的變形能力受限和表面質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,提升無(wú)縫鋼管斜軋管工藝水平;從項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)性、適用性和現(xiàn)實(shí)性觀點(diǎn)出發(fā),新型斜軋管機(jī)是值得采用和發(fā)展的熱軋無(wú)縫鋼管軋管機(jī)。

       

      Abstract: Compared are the deformation principles and the manufacturing practices of the longitudinal-rolling process and the cross-rolling process for the seamless steel tube,and also analyzed is the superiority of the crossrolling process.The main theoretic aspects are studied,involving the space geometry concerning the groove,the stress and strain of cross-rolling,the cross-rolling kinematics,and the calculation method for rolling force,etc.The types and characteristics of rotary-rolling pipe mills are elaborated.Furthermore,addressing the problems as staying with currently-used cross-rolling processes,relative improvement measures and the development direction are proposed, which introduces a new type rotary-rolling pipe mill.Based on relevant analysis, it is concluded as follows.Problems such as limitation of the deformation ability and defective surface quality of the tube,etc.as associated with present hot cross-rolling mills are expected to be tremendously reduced by means of optimization of the cross-rolling process and modification of the cross-rolling equipment so as to enhance the general level of the cross-rolling technology for seamless steel tubes.From the point of views of project economy,suitability and practicality, as a rolling process for hot-rolled seamless steel tubes, the new type rotary-rolling pipe mill as mentioned in the paper is worth applying and developing.
