    Calculation of JCO Forming Bending Reduction

    • 摘要: 針對目前大直徑直縫埋弧焊管JCO成型彎曲壓下量預(yù)測困難的問題, 采用彈塑性彎曲理論對JCO成型過程進(jìn)行理論分析, 獲得了彎曲角、成型力和彎曲壓下量等的計(jì)算式, 并通過實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了該數(shù)學(xué)模型的準(zhǔn)確性。實(shí)際應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明:該計(jì)算方法可提高大直徑直縫埋弧焊管的成型質(zhì)量

       

      Abstract: Addressing the existing problem that it is difficult to predict the JCO bending reduction of the large- sized SAWL pipe,theoretic analysis of the JCO forming process is conducted with the elastic-plastic bending theory, resulting in the calculation formulas for bending angle,forming force and bending reduction,etc.,And the accuracy of the mathematic model is verified by relevant experiment. Actual application result demonstrates that with the above mentioned calculation method,formation quality of the large-sized SAWL pipe will be improved.
