    現代國產限動芯棒連軋管機工藝設備基本特征

    Basic Characteristics of Technological Equipment of Home-made Modern Retained Mandrel MPM

    • 摘要: 無錫西姆萊斯石油專用管制造有限公司在遼陽新建的石油專用管生產線年產量30萬t,其主要設備有Ф25m環(huán)形加熱爐、錐形穿孔機、Ф114mm限動芯棒連軋管機及20機架張力減徑機。介紹了該套連軋管機組主要設備的特點及機組試軋結果。

       

      Abstract: A new Ф114 mm retained mandrel MPM plant with a yearly capacity of 300 000 tons of oil pipes is set up in Liaoyang by Wuxi Seamless Oil Pipe Co.,Ltd.,consisting such major equipment units as the Ф25 m rotary hearth heating furnace,the cone-type piercer,the Ф114 mm MPM proper and the 20-stand stretch-reducing mill.Described in the paper are the basic characteristics of both the equipment and the trial rolling result of the MPM line.
