Development of PDVSA EM-18-00/10 J55 HFW Casing

摘要: 針對(duì)海外某HFW套管項(xiàng)目技術(shù)要求遠(yuǎn)高于常規(guī)API標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的特點(diǎn)，分析用戶附加標(biāo)準(zhǔn)PDVSA EM-18-00/10，提出J55鋼級(jí)HFW套管的材料要求、工藝路線及檢（試）驗(yàn)要求，并對(duì)制管和檢（試）驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。分析認(rèn)為：生產(chǎn)的成品具有良好的塑性、強(qiáng)度和韌性，較小的殘余應(yīng)力，較好的抗溝槽腐蝕性能，各性能滿足API Spec 5CT—2011標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和用戶附加技術(shù)要求。

Abstract: Addressing the technical requirements as for a certain overseas HFW casing project which are far more stringent than normal applicable API specification,the PDVSA EM-18-00/10 specification as attached by the customer to the contract is analyzed,based on which,requirements for the materials,the process route and inspection/test requirements for the J55 HFW casing are proposed.And the pipe-making and inspection/test results are also analyzed.Relevant analysis leads to such a conclusion that the final-finished pipe is in possession of good plasticity,strength and toughness,small residual stress,and good groove corrosion resistance,having been in all aspects up to the requirements as specified under API Spec 5CT-2011 and the attached PDVSA EM-18-00/10 specification.
