A NEW PROCESS FOR INCREASING YIELD OF COLDROLLED STAINLESS STEEL PIPE

摘要: 采用φ95mm不銹管坯,經(jīng)扒皮→φ100mm機(jī)組穿孔+軋管→LG-80冷軋管機(jī)軋管的新工藝生產(chǎn)φ57×3～4mm不銹鋼管,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和成材率明顯提高。Abstract: Steel pipes with φ57×3～4mm, manufactured from stainless steel billets with 95mm diameter by the innovated process of descaling→piercing on a φ100mm piercing mill→rolling→cold-rolling on a LG-80 cold-rolling mill, have better quality and higher yield.
