    高合金鋼管穿孔頂頭的失效分析

    Analysis of Failure of Plug Used for Piercing of High Alloy Steel Tube

    • 摘要: 介紹了高合金鋼管穿孔頂頭的主要失效形式,對(duì)失效頂頭斷口進(jìn)行了SEM和光學(xué)金相分析、X射線(xiàn)熒光光譜化學(xué)成分分析等測(cè)試,探討了頂頭開(kāi)裂的主要原因。通過(guò)適當(dāng)調(diào)整Nb、Co、W等元素的含量,提高頂頭鑄造質(zhì)量等,使穿孔頂頭的使用壽命有所提高。

       

      Abstract: Described are the commonly-encountered types of failure of the plug as used for piercing of hialloy steel tube. Metallographic analysis and chemical composition analysis of the plug fracture are conducted with SEM and other optical methods and X ray fluorescence spectroscopic method respectively to identify the main causes responsible for the said failure. Based on the result,cast quality of the plug is improved by means of adjusting the contents of elements like Nb,Co and W,having led to the increase of the service span of the plug.
