    DISTRIBUTION OF STRESS/STRAIN FIELD AND TEMPERATURE OF SOLID ROUND BLOOM DURING TWO-HIGH ROTARY PIERCING OPERATION

    • 摘要: 用MARC/Autoforge軟件對斜軋穿孔時圓坯在穿孔準(zhǔn)備區(qū)的斜軋過程進行了三維熱—力耦合分析,得到了應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變場和溫度場的分布特征,其與物理模擬的結(jié)果吻合較好。本研究支持了實心坯斜軋時中心孔腔形成的“綜合應(yīng)力”理論,并發(fā)現(xiàn)了新的應(yīng)力分布特征。

       

      Abstract: The three-D heat-force coupling analysis of the rotary rolling process of the round bloom in the piercing preparation zone during rotary piercing operation was carried out with MARC/Autoforge Software,identifying characteristics of distribution of stress/strain field and temperature field which conform to the result of the physical simulation conducted.This research conclusion suppots the theory of “Composite Stress” involving formation of central cavity of the solid bloom during rotary rolling.Moreover, some new characteristics of stress distribution have been identified.
