    IMPROVEMENT OF LINE-FREQUENCY INDUCTION HEATING FURNACE FOR HOT-DIP GALVANIZATION OF STEEL TUBES

    • 摘要: 分析了鋼管熱鍍鋅采用工頻感應(yīng)加熱爐所存在的待溫、感應(yīng)器配置、鋅環(huán)質(zhì)量及鋅環(huán)搗打工藝等方面的問題,介紹了所采取的改進(jìn)措施及其效果。

       

      Abstract: Investigated are the main aspects concerning the steel tube hot-dip galvanization with line-frequency induction beating furnace such as standstill for temperature rising, configuration of the inductor, quality of the zinc ring and the zinc ring ramming process.In addition, improvement of the furnace is introduced, covering relevant measures and the operation efficiency of the modified one.
