    R & D of Φ340 mm Steel Pipe Hydrostatic Testing Machine

    • 摘要: 介紹了天津賽瑞機(jī)器設(shè)備有限公司新研發(fā)的Φ340 mm鋼管水壓試驗(yàn)機(jī)系統(tǒng)的主要技術(shù)參數(shù)、工藝過(guò)程、工作原理和主要設(shè)備的功能與結(jié)構(gòu)。該水壓試驗(yàn)機(jī)組吸收了國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有水壓試驗(yàn)機(jī)在工藝、結(jié)構(gòu)上的優(yōu)點(diǎn),最大的特點(diǎn)是把傳統(tǒng)的單梁或雙梁機(jī)架改為四梁機(jī)架結(jié)構(gòu)。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the paper are the main aspects of the Φ340 mm steel pipe hydrostatic testing machine newly-developed by Tianjin SERI Machine & Equipment Co.,Ltd.,covering the key technical data,the process flow,the operating principle,and the functions and structures of the key equipment units.The hydro-testing machine combines the technological and structural advantages of the similar machines currently-used both at home and abroad,and above all,features a four-beam frame structure which is quite different from the conventional single-beam or double-beam frame structure.
