    Analysis of Causes for Ovality of Shell as Rolled by Φ89 mm Mandrel Mill

    • 摘要: 分析了半浮動(dòng)芯棒連軋管機(jī)組連軋荒管橢圓度過(guò)大的產(chǎn)生原因,認(rèn)為其連軋荒管橢圓度過(guò)大是芯棒潤(rùn)滑不良、工模具表面質(zhì)量欠佳、工藝參數(shù)調(diào)整不當(dāng)?shù)榷喾N因素共同作用的結(jié)果。通過(guò)改善芯棒潤(rùn)滑條件和合理分配變形量可有效減小連軋荒管的橢圓度。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed the elements responsible for the excessive ovality of the shell as rolled by the semi-floating mandrel mill.As a result,it is concluded that the problem of the said excessive shell ovality is brought about jointly by such elements namely,insufficient lubrication of the mandrel,poor surface quality of the operational tools,and improper setting of the process data.Accordingly,the ovality can be well reduced by means of bettering the lubrication conditions of the mandrel,and appropriately distributing the deformation amounts.
