    Employment of Slight Stretch Reducing Process for φ130 mm Plug Pipe Mill Plant

    • 摘要: 介紹了安陽(yáng)鋼鐵股份有限公司第四軋鋼廠Φ130mm自動(dòng)軋管機(jī)組改造前生產(chǎn)工藝中存在的主要問(wèn)題,在進(jìn)行了微張力減徑工藝的技術(shù)改進(jìn)后,增強(qiáng)了設(shè)備適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的能力,提高了產(chǎn)能水平和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,優(yōu)化了各項(xiàng)經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)指標(biāo)。

       

      Abstract: Described at first in the article are the major problems relating to the technology of the φ130 mm plug pipe mill plant located at No.4 Steel Rolling Facility of Anyang I & S Co., Ltd. before the modification of the mill plant. Owing to the modification of the said pipe plant with the slight stretch reducing process, such advantages of the plant have been achieved, namely higher flexibility to the ever-changing market demand, higher capacity and better product quality as well as optimization of relevant economic-technical norms of the operation line.
