缸體用20MnTiB調(diào)質(zhì)無縫鋼管的工藝實踐

Technological Practice for Manufacturing 20MnTiB Quenched and Tempered Seamless Steel Tube for Cylinder Casing Service

摘要: 介紹了中厚壁高強度缸體用20MnTiB調(diào)質(zhì)無縫鋼管的生產(chǎn)工藝和關(guān)鍵控制技術(shù),以及產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量情況。采用“轉(zhuǎn)爐/電爐煉鋼+LF精煉+軋管+調(diào)質(zhì)”工藝生產(chǎn)的中厚壁高強度缸體用20MnTiB調(diào)質(zhì)無縫鋼管鋼質(zhì)純凈,各項性能指標(biāo)和尺寸精度等完全滿足用戶提出的技術(shù)要求,其綜合性能優(yōu)于27SiMn調(diào)質(zhì)無縫鋼管。

Abstract: Described in the assay are the manufacturing process and key control techniques for the 20MnTiB quenched-tempered seamless steel tube for making of hi-strength,medium-heavy wall cylinder casing,and quality of the tube itself. Thanks to employment of the combined process of converter/electric steelmaking + LF refining + tuberolling + quenching & tempering treatment,the said seamless steel tube stays with high steel cleanness,and all the performance target values and dimensional accuracy up to the technical requirements as specified by the customer. The comprehensive properties of the said tube is better than that of the 27SiMn quenched and tempered seamless steel tube.
