    螺旋縫焊管銑邊機的應(yīng)用及改進

    Application and Improvement of Edge Milling Machine for Spiral Weld Pipe

    • 摘要: 闡述螺旋縫焊管生產(chǎn)時帶鋼邊緣加工裝備的發(fā)展歷程。介紹目前廣泛應(yīng)用的銑邊機的結(jié)構(gòu)形式、工作原理、性能特點以及運用情況，分析螺旋縫焊管銑邊機在使用過程中存在的問題和不足，諸如壓下機構(gòu)、主傳動軸、升降托輥機構(gòu)等，制定改進措施。改進后使用效果良好。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the article is the development of edge milling machine for spiral weld pipe.Introduced are the structure, the working principle, the performance features and the application of the current widely used edge milling machine.Analyzed are the problems and shortcomings exsisting in the application of edge milling machine for spiral weld pipe, relating to the screw-down mechanism, the main drive shaft and the lifting roller etc.Preventative measures are taken and the results are good.
