    φ76mm無縫鋼管機組使用連鑄坯制管的試驗

    EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON THE PRODUCTION OF SEAMLESS STEEL TUBES WITH CC BILLETS ON A 76mm ROLLING MILL

    • 摘要: 在φ76mm 無縫鋼管機組上采用連鑄坯制管可降低生產(chǎn)成本。對水平連鑄圓坯、弧形連鑄方坯所軋圓坯和325kg 鋼錠所軋圓坯進行了較全面的質(zhì)量檢查和熱塑性模擬試驗以及制管試驗。結果表明,圓斷面連鑄坯直接制管是可行的,用連鑄方坯所軋管坯制管比用鋼錠所軋管坯制管可提高成材率6%左右。

       

      Abstract: The applications of CC billets for seamless tubes on a 76mm rolling mill can reduce productioncost.Quality inspection,simulated thermal plastic tests made on HCC round billets,round billetsrolled from arc CC squares or from 325kg ingots,as well as tube rolling experiments show that itbecomes feasible to roll tubes directly from CC round billets and also show that the yield can beincreased by about 6%,if tube blanks rolled from CC square billets instead of from ingots areused in tube rolling.
