水平連鑄結(jié)晶器水縫內(nèi)的傳熱計(jì)算和分析
CALCULATION AND ANALYSIS OF HEAT-TRANSFER WATER SEAM OF A HORIZONTAL CONTINUOUS CASTING MOULD

摘要: 本文從分析生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)出發(fā),對(duì)結(jié)晶器水縫內(nèi)的傳熱狀態(tài)進(jìn)行了分析,提出在水縫內(nèi)產(chǎn)生過冷沸騰的條件和增強(qiáng)傳熱的措施,為實(shí)際操作提供依據(jù)。Abstract: Based on production data, the heat-transfer in water seam of the mould is analysed and the conditions under which subcooled boiling would occur and corresponding measures to enchance the heat-transfer are put forward to give a reference for practice.
