    四輥行星軋管機(jī)的輥形設(shè)計(jì)與結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)

    Roll Profile Design for and Structural Modification of 4-roll Planetary Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 利用空間解析幾何知識(shí)和矢量理論推導(dǎo)出軋輥母線的方程。研究了使管坯在變形區(qū)中既無扭曲也無旋轉(zhuǎn)、實(shí)現(xiàn)直線前進(jìn)的充分條件——正確的軋輥輥形再配以合適的速比可使軋件實(shí)現(xiàn)直線前進(jìn)。對(duì)原有的行星軋管機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)加以改進(jìn),提出支撐套概念,可以提高軋件尺寸精度。該設(shè)計(jì)思路簡(jiǎn)單、易操作,是設(shè)計(jì)四輥行星軋管機(jī)的有效方法。

       

      Abstract: With the space analytic geometry data and the vector theory,the equation of the roll contour line is derived.Also studied is the sufficient condition which ensures that in the deformation zone,the workpiece is running forward straightly with neither twisting nor rotation movement,i.e.,proper roll profile together with adequate speed ratio.In addition,the original structure of the planetary mill is modified with introduction of the concept of supporting sleeve so as to improve the dimensional accuracy of the workpiece.This design idea is simple and easy to be implemented,being an effective way to design the 4-roll planetary pipe mill.
