對(duì)直縫埋弧焊管機(jī)組進(jìn)口設(shè)備液壓元件的國(guó)產(chǎn)化替代

Substitution of Home-made Products for Original Imported Hydraulic Components of SAW Straight Welded Tube Plant

摘要: 介紹了巨龍鋼管有限公司對(duì)直縫埋弧焊管機(jī)組三大進(jìn)口設(shè)備(鋼板銑邊機(jī)、鋼管成型機(jī)和機(jī)械擴(kuò)徑機(jī))液壓元件開展的國(guó)產(chǎn)化替代工作。實(shí)踐證明,對(duì)進(jìn)口液壓元件的國(guó)產(chǎn)化替代不但沒有改變整個(gè)液壓系統(tǒng)的原有性能,而且還降低了生產(chǎn)成本,減少了庫存,節(jié)省了外匯,縮短了采購周期,保證了機(jī)組的正常運(yùn)行。

Abstract: Described here in the paper are the development of home-made parts to replace the original hydraulic components of the three major imported units(i.e.,the steel plate edging machine,the steel tube forming mill and the mechanical expanding mill) consisting of the SAW straight welded tube plant located at Julong Steel Tube Co.,Ltd. The operational practice shows that the substitution of the home-made parts for the original foreign-made parts not only produce no negative influence on the normal performances of the hydraulic systems,but also has brought about such advantages as reduction of the operation costs,cut-down of the spare part inventories,saving of hard currency,shortened purchase time and consistent normal running of the plant.
