    X80鋼級(jí)高頻焊接管線(xiàn)管的試制

    Trial Production of X80 HFW Linepipe

    • 摘要: 通過(guò)優(yōu)化HFW焊管機(jī)組成型參數(shù)、焊接參數(shù)和焊縫熱處理工藝,成功試制出X80鋼級(jí)管線(xiàn)管。首批試制的X80鋼級(jí)管線(xiàn)管的各項(xiàng)性能滿(mǎn)足API Spec 5L標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(44版)的要求,為后續(xù)拓展高頻焊管鋼級(jí)奠定了工藝基礎(chǔ)。針對(duì)試制中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題指出了需要改進(jìn)的方向。

       

      Abstract: Thanks to optimizing the HFW pipe mill's technological parameters concerning processes of formation,welding and seam heat treatment,the X80 HFW linepipe is successfully trial-produced.The first lot of the said linepipes from the trial production are satisfactory to applicable requirements as specified in API Spec 5L (the 44th edition),having laid a technological basis for further developing more steel grades for HFW pipes in the future.Finally,addressing the shortages as identified in the trial production activities,improvement approaches are proposed.
