    Computerized 3-D Design Method for Guide Shoe of Cone Type Rotary Reeling Mill

    • 摘要: 結(jié)合近年來(lái)發(fā)展的鋼管斜軋理論,采用Solidworks計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用程序模擬均整機(jī)的斜軋空間,對(duì)錐形輥均整機(jī)的導(dǎo)板進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。介紹了Solidworks設(shè)計(jì)軟件的特點(diǎn),采用該軟件進(jìn)行導(dǎo)板設(shè)計(jì)的原則與步驟,導(dǎo)板基本尺寸及材質(zhì)的確定,三維設(shè)計(jì)與傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法的比較等。通過(guò)三維設(shè)計(jì)及優(yōu)化,所設(shè)計(jì)的導(dǎo)板流線符合均整時(shí)金屬流動(dòng)原理,滿足了均整時(shí)孔型封閉的要求,確保了均整后的鋼管質(zhì)量。

       

      Abstract: Based on the steel tube rotary-rolling theory as developed over the recent years,optimum deign of the guide shoe of the cone type reeling mill is conducted by means of simulation of the reeler's rotary-rolling space with the Solidworks computer application program.Elaborated here in the paper are the main aspects of the design method,involving the characteristics of the said application program,determination of the design principle and procedure,the basic dimensions and material,etc.of the guide shoe with the software,and a comparison of the 3-D design with the conventional design method.Thanks to the 3-D design and the optimization,the streamline of the guide shoe as designed is in conformity with the principle of metal flow in the reeling process,being satisfactory to the requirement for the closed groove for reeling,so as to ensure the quality of tubes as reeled.
