    X80鋼級(jí)板卷強(qiáng)度的分析與研究

    Analysis and Study on Strength of X80 Steel Strip

    • 摘要: 通過(guò)在某鋼廠生產(chǎn)的X80鋼級(jí)板卷不同位置取不同形狀的拉伸試樣對(duì)其強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行分析與研究, 得出該板卷的強(qiáng)度分布規(guī)律為:橫向強(qiáng)度≥縱向強(qiáng)度≥30°方向強(qiáng)度;頭、中、尾3部分中, 中部強(qiáng)度最高, 頭部和尾部強(qiáng)度較低, 具有明顯的“倒浴盆效應(yīng)”。在鋼管上與板卷取樣的對(duì)應(yīng)位置取樣進(jìn)行包申格效應(yīng)的分析與研究, 結(jié)果表明:X80鋼級(jí)板卷制成鋼管后屈服強(qiáng)度有上升的趨勢(shì)。

       

      Abstract: The strength of the X80 steel strip as made by a certain steel works is analyzed and studied by means of conducting tensile tests with test samples with different shapes and taken from different locations of the material. The result shows that the strength distribution of the strip is: transversal strength≥longitudinal strength ≥strength at 30° direction, and that among the head section, middle section and the tail section, strength of the middle is the highest, while those of the head and the tail are rather lower, indicating obviously a so-called “ef- fect of up-side-down bathtub”. Also conducted are the analysis and study for the Bauschinger Effect with test samples as taken from the steel tube and in the locations as correspondent to those of the steel strip, resulting in the conclusion that the yield strength of the steel tube as made of the X80 steel strip tends to be higher than that of the material itself.
