    射頻識(shí)別技術(shù)在鋼管制造中的應(yīng)用

    Application of Radio Frequency Identification Technology to Steel Pipe Manufacture

    • 摘要: 介紹鋼管管號(hào)識(shí)別方式,分析射頻識(shí)別技術(shù)在鋼管制作流程中的應(yīng)用。分析認(rèn)為:利用射頻識(shí)別技術(shù)自動(dòng)讀取鋼管管號(hào),可以解決MES人工輸入存在的輸入錯(cuò)誤、滯后等問(wèn)題;射頻識(shí)別設(shè)備具有遠(yuǎn)距離快速識(shí)別標(biāo)簽的特點(diǎn),應(yīng)用在鋼管生產(chǎn)流程中可以最大限度地提高生產(chǎn)效率和準(zhǔn)確性。射頻識(shí)別技術(shù)應(yīng)用近5年來(lái),雖存在重復(fù)發(fā)卡、數(shù)據(jù)讀取錯(cuò)誤等問(wèn)題,但通過(guò)技術(shù)和工藝調(diào)整,目前使用效果良好。

       

      Abstract: Described in the paper is the method for identifying the steel pipe number. Also analyzed is the application of the RFID technology to the steel pipe manufacturing process flow. It is regarded via the analysis that using the RFID technique is capable of automatically reading the pipe number so as to fix the problems like MES-caused input error,and delay,etc. Featuring long-distance quick identification of the pipe tag,the RFID system as used in the steel pipe manufacturing process flow can maximize the production efficiency and accuracy. Having been applied for nearly five years,though the RFID technology once stayed with such shortcomings as repeatedly issuing card and data-reading error,but it has been so far very effective owing to timely technological and process adjustments.
