摘要: 簡(jiǎn)要回顧了周期軋管工藝技術(shù)的發(fā)展過(guò)程,分析了該工藝生產(chǎn)熱軋無(wú)縫鋼管的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)。提出通過(guò)現(xiàn)代技術(shù)改進(jìn)和創(chuàng)新,可使周期軋管這一古老而又具有顯著工藝特點(diǎn)的熱軋無(wú)縫鋼管生產(chǎn)方法煥發(fā)青春活力。Abstract: The development of the pilger pipe mill technology is reviewed, and the advantages and disadvantages concerning this hot-rolled seamless steel tube-making process is analyzed. It is emphasized that the pilger mill process as so an old and technologically unique tube-making approach could be revived by means of the state-of-art technical improvement and creation.
