Research on Manufacture Process for Nickel-base Alloy UNS N06600 Seamless Steel Tube for Heat Exchanger Service

摘要: 簡述了熱交換器用鎳基合金UNS N06600無縫管的基本性能、制造技術(shù)特點(diǎn)以及開發(fā)UNS N06600無縫管生產(chǎn)工藝的過程,最后確定了采用"斜軋熱穿孔開坯+全冷軋"生產(chǎn)工藝。通過對成品管進(jìn)行力學(xué)性能檢測和微觀組織分析可知,采用該工藝生產(chǎn)的鎳基合金UNS N06600鋼管滿足ASME SB 163標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。

Abstract: Briefed in the paper are the main aspects concerning the nickel-base alloy UNS N06600 seamless steel tube for heat exchanger service,covering the basic properties,characteristics of the manufacture technolo-gy and the course of development of the manufacturing process for the said tube.The finally determined manufac-turing process is the process of"billet hot piercing with rotary rolling process + completely cold-rolling".The results of testing of the mechanical properties and microstructure analysis of the finished tube show that the nickel-base alloy UNS N06600 seamless steel tube as made by the above said manufacture process is up to relevant re-quirements as specified in Standard ASME SB 163.
