摘要: 簡(jiǎn)介了三輥穿孔機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)以及在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的常見(jiàn)故障和事故。對(duì)造成軋輥軸承失效的原因從多方面進(jìn)行了分析,并結(jié)合對(duì)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的觀察,找出了問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵,有效地減少了軋輥軸承失效事故次數(shù)。Abstract: Briefly described in the article are the structure of the three-roll piercing mill and troubles and failures frequently occurring in the operation thereof. Based on overall analyses of the roll-bearing failure and the site operation observation and trouble-shooting experience, the root cause of the failure was identified, and thus, the failure frequency reduced.
