    芯棒限動(dòng)速度對(duì)荒管尺寸精度影響的有限元研究

    Finite Element Analysis of Effect on Pierced Billet Dimensional Accuracy by Retained Mandrel Speed of MPM Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 針對(duì)限動(dòng)芯棒連軋管機(jī)組荒管尺寸精度控制問(wèn)題,利用有限元分析軟件MSC.SuperForm開(kāi)展三維模擬,研究芯棒限動(dòng)速度與荒管尺寸精度及芯棒軸向力的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果表明:芯棒速度是影響孔型內(nèi)金屬不均勻變形和機(jī)架間張/推力的重要因素,提高芯棒速度,荒管尺寸精度和機(jī)架間張/推力水平明顯改善,但增大了芯棒軸向力。實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中,選擇芯棒速度時(shí),要綜合考慮芯棒軸向力與荒管尺寸精度。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the control of the pierced billet dimensional accuracy of the tube as rolled by the retained mandrel mill, the FEA software MSC.SuperForm is adapted to develop 3-D simulation to study the corresponding relationship between the mandrel retained-speed and the pierced billet dimensional accuracy and the mandrel axial force.The study result reveals that the mandrel speed plays a critical role in affecting the in-groove uneven deformation of the metal and the stretch/push force between the rolling stands.Accordingly increasing the mandrel speed will remarkably improve the pierced billet dimensional accuracy and the stretch/push force between the stands, whereas the mandrel axial force will be increased along too.In case of the workshop operation, the mandrel speed should be determined based on a proper balance between the mandrel axial force and the pierced billet dimensional accuracy.
