    Research on and Experimental Verification of Rolling Force of 2-roll Vertical Rotary Piercing Mill

    • 摘要: 介紹了二輥立式斜軋穿孔機(jī)的軋制特點(diǎn),通過(guò)對(duì)穿孔機(jī)軋輥和管坯接觸面任意微小截面計(jì)算再求和的方法,忽略頂頭和規(guī)圓區(qū)影響,沿軋制線方向進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單積分,計(jì)算變形接觸面積,推導(dǎo)出適用于二輥立式穿孔機(jī)軋制力工程計(jì)算的簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算式;并與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)軋制力數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了工程計(jì)算公式可以作為穿孔機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的參考依據(jù)。

       

      Abstract: The rolling process characteristics of the 2-roll vertical rotary piercing mill is described.A simplified formula for engineering calculation of the said piercing mill is derived with the procedures,i.e., calculating the arbitrary minute section of the contact surface between the piercer roll and the work piece,and then making the adding up;conducting the simple integral along with the rolling line and without consideration of the effects by the plug and circling zone so as to finally find out the deformation contact area.The calculation result from the said engineering formula is verified by means of comparison with the actually site-measured rolling data.The verification result shows that the formula is worth using as reference basis for design of the piercing mill.
