提高鍍件鍍前溫度的熱鍍鋅熔融溶劑

摘要: 介紹了熔融溶劑的成分和性能。采用熔融溶劑可將鍍件鍍前溫度提高到400~450℃,使鍍件的鍍前溫度基本接近鋅液溫度,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)低溫鍍鋅,降低鋅鍋熱負(fù)荷,延長(zhǎng)鋅鍋使用壽命。Abstract: Both chemical composition and performance of the molten solution are described here.With the said solution the pre-dipping temperature of the work-piece can be enhanced to 400~450℃,which is very close to the zinc solution temperature,thus bringing about such advantages as continuous low-temperature galvanization operation,reduction of zinc-bath thermal load and longer zinc-bath service life.
